The Residences at Sheraton Al Marjan Island Resort is developed by Atara Real Estate Development on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. The collection joins an exclusive global portfolio of Sheraton-branded residences and marks the first in the GCC, with Sheraton hospitality heritage spanning more than 80 years.
Phase 1 and Phase 2 deliver 168 hotel-serviced one and two bedroom apartments, fully furnished with European premium finishes and Sheraton-standard fittings.
