Beyond Developments officially launched The Yards in June 2026 as an AED 4 billion masterplan across 1.77 million square feet in City of Arabia. More than 70 per cent of the land is allocated to open-air spaces, with a central green spine connecting the residential and commercial buildings.
The landscape concept is Mediterranean in character. A central green valley is enclosed by low-rise buildings designed to shelter it from wind and heat. An edible garden sits at the community heart, and shaded avenues connect every amenity on foot.
