Overview

Bulgari Ocean Mansions Dubai

Bulgari Ocean Mansions are seven beachfront five-bedroom mansions on the seaward shore of Jumeirah Bay Island, sold out from the developer and now available on resale and off-market.

Bulgari Ocean Mansions are the rarest tier of the Bulgari address on Jumeirah Bay Island: seven beachfront five-bedroom mansions on the island's northern, seaward shore, designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. Each home sits at the edge of the Arabian Gulf, with full-height sea-facing glazing, a wrap-around wooden balcony and an infinity pool finished in Italian mosaic that reads as continuous with the water. Completed in 2024 and sold at launch, they now change hands resale and off-market.

They sit alongside, but remain distinct from, Bulgari Resort & Residences, Bulgari Marina Lofts, and Bulgari Lighthouse as separate products within the same island ecosystem. Design

ACPV mansions on the seaward edge

Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel shaped Bulgari Ocean Mansions to appear to float on the seaward edge, with full-height glazing opening to a wrap-around wooden balcony and mosaic infinity pool over the Gulf.

ACPV authorship places each mansion in a continuous conversation with the water. Full-height sea-facing glazing draws the Arabian Gulf into the living floor, while a wrap-around wooden balcony and an Italian-mosaic infinity pool read as one plane with the horizon.

Interiors balance stone and porcelain with timber floors and bespoke wardrobes. A landscaped garden at the entrance sets a quieter arrival sequence before the seaward rooms open fully to light and water. The composition is mansion-scale and residential, not hotel-tower, on the northern shore of the island.

Where are they?

Yes. Each mansion has a private infinity pool on a wrap-around balcony over the Gulf, plus a landscaped garden at the entrance. Owners also share the private beach and wider Bulgari complex amenities on Jumeirah Bay Island.

Yes. Bulgari Ocean Mansions are freehold and open to all nationalities through Dubai Land Department title. Resale transfers follow the usual offer, developer NOC where required, and DLD registration path. Live inventory remains price on application.

Does it qualify for a Golden Visa?

Qualifying freehold purchases in Dubai can support a UAE Golden Visa pathway, subject to current government thresholds and eligibility rules. Many principals weigh that pathway alongside lifestyle and capital motives. Confirm current criteria at the time of purchase rather than relying on historical thresholds.

What have Ocean Mansions sold for?
